Check your email

Your login credentials were sent to your MOUAU institutional email on Nov 25. Search for "MOUACO SUG" if you can't find it.

Go to the voter login

Open the portal, enter your matriculation number and the password from the email.

Verify with OTP

A 6-digit code will be sent to your email or phone. It expires in 5 minutes.

Cast your vote

Select one candidate per position, review, then submit. You'll get a downloadable receipt.

I didn't get my login email. What do I do?

Visit the Dean of Students office with your student ID card. They can re-issue your credentials or provide an offline ballot option.

Can I vote more than once?

No. The system enforces one vote per position at the database level. Once submitted, your vote is final and anonymous.

Will anyone know how I voted?

No. Ballot secrecy is mathematically enforced via blind signature cryptography — no administrator, developer, or auditor can link a vote to a voter.

What if my phone or network drops mid-vote?

Your selections are auto-saved in the voting session. Re-login within the voting window to resume (15-min auto-logout applies).

I don't have a smartphone or email access.

Use the offline ballot process at the Dean of Students office, or ask a friend to assist at any MOUAU computer lab.
